Return window and eligibility

Our return window and the conditions for each product category are being finalised and will be published on this page.

Until then, please contact us at hello@umeha.in with your order number before sending any item back, and we will tell you whether and how it can be returned.

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order that has not been dispatched yet, contact us at hello@umeha.in with your order number. You can check your order's current status on the Track My Order page.

If you chose online payment and the payment is not completed within 30 minutes of placing the order, the order is cancelled automatically and the items reserved for you are released. You are not charged for an order that was never paid.

Refunds

When UMEHA approves a refund, the order is marked as Refunded and our team arranges the refund with you. We will confirm the refund method and expected timing when we contact you.

If money was deducted for an online payment but your order does not show as paid, contact us with your order number so we can check it with our payment provider.
