Who we serve

UMEHA sells jewellery, cosmetics, beauty products, handbags and women’s clothing to customers in India. We deliver only to addresses in India with a valid 6-digit pincode.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The amount you pay is calculated by our server at checkout and shown before you confirm.
• Some products have a different price for Cash on Delivery than for online payment; the price for your chosen payment method is the one shown at checkout.
• Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you place the order.
• Coupons are checked by our server when you place the order. An order with an invalid or expired coupon is not accepted until the coupon is removed.

Orders and stock

• Items are reserved for you when you place an order. If an item is no longer available in the quantity you asked for, we tell you at checkout instead of taking the order.
• Some products need confirmation from our supplier before they can be ordered; for those you can send an availability request instead of buying straight away.
• Orders with online payment that are not paid within 30 minutes are cancelled automatically.
• A product without a valid price cannot be ordered.

Accounts

You can shop as a guest or with an account. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Guest orders are not linked to an account later.
